Our 3-Strike System
Our system is designed to filter out non-serious inquiries while giving everyone a fair chance. Strikes are completely removed after any successful purchase.

First Strike
Friendly warning and slower response times. No holds without deposit.

Second Strike
Mandatory 25% deposit on all holds. Responses may take 24-48 hours.
3
Final Strike
Permanent blacklist. No further responses to any inquiries.
Important Exception
The strike system does NOT apply to any customer who has successfully completed a purchase with us.
- Previous buyers are exempt from all strike rules
- Your purchase history grants permanent "trusted buyer" status
- We'll always prioritize your inquiries over new buyers
- This applies to all past purchases, regardless of amount

This policy ensures all transactions are handled professionally and prevents last-minute ghosting on agreed deals.
What Won't Earn Strikes
You're completely safe if you:
- Ask questions before committing
- Honestly say the price is beyond your budget
- Communicate issues before the agreed date
- Need to renegotiate terms respectfully
- Change your mind before finalizing agreement
Protected Communications Examples:
- "I can't afford that amount after checking my finances"
- "My paycheck was delayed - can we push back 3 days?"
Strike Protection for Buyers
You're automatically protected if:
- You've ever completed a purchase with us (any amount)
- You're an active repeat customer
- You've previously paid deposits successfully
- You've maintained good communication in past transactions
