Go to the Epic Games website and sign in to your account using your credentials.

Make sure you're logging into the account that has the console connections you want to remove.

Once logged in, click on your account name in the top right corner and select "Account" from the dropdown menu.

This will take you to your account settings page where you can manage your connected accounts.

On the left sidebar, click on "Connections" to view all the accounts connected to your Epic Games profile.

Here you'll see options for various platforms including PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, Nintendo Switch, and more.

Find the console account you want to remove (PSN, Xbox, etc.) and click the "Disconnect" button next to it.

You may be prompted to confirm this action as it will unlink all game progress associated with that console account.

Read the warning message carefully, as disconnecting a console account will make you lose access to any purchases or progress tied specifically to that platform.

If you're sure, confirm the disconnection to proceed.

After confirming the disconnection, you need to visit the Epic Games help wizard to finalize the process:

Select the platform you want to unlink and enter the required verification code.

After successfully completing the wizard, you can now link a new PSN or Xbox account to your Epic Games profile.

Simply click "Connect" next to the appropriate platform and follow the authentication steps.

Go to eneba.com in your web browser.

Type "PSN" followed by the region you want in the search bar (e.g., "PSN Spain", "PSN UK", "PSN Germany", "PSN Japan").

Most regions will work, so choose one that has favorable pricing for your needs.

Click on the filter options and select "Gaming eCards" to narrow down the results to digital gift cards.

Browse through the available options and select a gift card amount that fits your purchase needs (games, avatars, DLC, etc.).

Scroll down to see the sellers offering the gift cards. Look for the cheapest option available.

Sellers with the lowest prices will typically have "Lowest Price" indicated next to their offers.

Add the selected gift card to your cart and proceed to checkout.

Eneba accepts various payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrency.

After payment, you'll receive the gift card code. Redeem it on your PlayStation account set to the corresponding region.

Go to the EA Customer Care website:

Click on "Continue as a Guest" to proceed without logging into an EA account.

Enter your details in the form:

• First Name: Your real first name
• Last Name: Can be fake if preferred
• Email Address: Use an email you have access to (EA will send updates here)

Choose the following options:

• Topic: "Unlink my EA Account"
• Game: Select any FIFA game
• Platform: PlayStation Network (PSN)

In the description field, explain that you can't sign into the EA account because you're having code issues when trying to receive verification codes.

Include your PSN username and state that you want to unlink the PSN account so you can link it to a new EA account that you have access to.

Click "Submit" and you'll be taken to a new page. Scroll down and click "Chat with Us".

You'll see a timer indicating how long you need to wait to connect with an agent.

You'll see a page saying "Connecting you to an advisor". After a few seconds, a new window will pop up showing the queue time.

Wait patiently until you're connected to an EA support agent.

Once connected, clearly state that you want to unlink your PSN from your EA account.

They may ask some questions, but no security verification is typically required.

If they ask for the email address, you can provide the original email or say you don't have access to it.

After 10-15 minutes of chatting, the agent will ask you to confirm that you really want to remove the PSN account from your EA account.

Agree to the confirmation, and they will proceed with the unlinking process.

Once the PSN is unlinked, you can now link it to a new EA account that you have access to.
