Unlink Epic Games Console Accounts

Step 1: Sign in to your Epic Games account at epicgames.com

Step 2: Click your account name in the top right → "Account"

Step 3: Click "Connections" on the left sidebar

Step 4: Find the console account (PSN/Xbox) and click "Disconnect"

Step 5: Visit the Epic Games Unlinking Wizard to complete: Epic Games Unlinking Wizard

Step 6: You can now link a new console account

You can only disconnect a console account once every 365 days. Make sure you're certain before proceeding.

PSN Gift Cards (Eneba)

Step 1: Go to eneba.com

Step 2: Search for "PSN" followed by your region (e.g., "PSN Spain", "PSN UK", "PSN Germany")

Step 3: Click filter options and select "Gaming eCards" to see digital gift cards

Step 4: Select your desired amount

Step 5: Choose the best seller (look for "Lowest Price")

Step 6: Add to cart and checkout (Eneba accepts credit cards, PayPal, and crypto)

Step 7: Redeem the code on your PlayStation account set to the corresponding region

Most regions work, so choose one that has favorable pricing for your needs.

Unlink EA Account Without Email Access

Step 1: Go to EA Customer Care

Step 2: Click "Continue as a Guest"

Step 3: Fill in your details (use an email you have access to)

Step 4: Select Topic: "Unlink my EA Account", Game: any FIFA game, Platform: PlayStation Network

Step 5: Describe that you can't sign into the EA account due to code issues, include your PSN username

Step 6: Click "Submit" then scroll down and click "Chat with Us"

Step 7: Wait to connect with an agent (can take 10-15 minutes)

Step 8: Tell the agent you want to unlink your PSN from the EA account

Step 9: Confirm when asked, and they will unlink it

This process can only be done once every 6 months to swap EA accounts.
